Facing strict daily operation schedules and high performance standards, our long-term client—a leading local event production firm—partnered with Orient Fountain to upgrade the aquatic technical systems and deliver a breathtaking waterfront show. Core Challenges & Solutions 1. Open Architecture & Dynamic Integration Challenge: The client required the ability to self-program lighting and water shows on their existing lighting consoles. Solution: Orient Fountain upgraded the core control software to seamlessly integrate with the client’s proprietary lighting control desk. This hybrid setup provided complete operational freedom, allowing real-time, low-latency synchronization between water movement and complex light sequences. 2. High-Precision Hardware Upgrades Solution: To handle intensive daily shows without downtime, we supplied upgraded high-precision sensor cables and next-generation drives. This vastly improved actuation response time and physical positioning accuracy under continuous high-load operations. 3. Custom Choreography & Motion Design Solution: Our technical team programmed brand-new water motions customized for the event's music themes, enhancing the visual layer of the entire harbor show. Key Results & Business Value Record Footfall: Drew over 90,000 visitors across 16 days, driving immense foot traffic to Kobe Harborland.
