Fountain Pump
Detailed introduction
Fountain pump, shell, overflow parts and external parts are made of cast iron or stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), and the product also retains the original fountain pump performance. Before starting the pump, the suction pipe and the pump must be filled with liquid. After the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid in it rotates with the blades, and under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and shoots outward, and the liquid that shoots out slows down gradually inside the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, and the pressure increases gradually, and then it flows out of the outlet of the pump, and then it flows out of the discharge pipe.
Working Principle Before starting the pump, the suction pipe and the pump must be filled with liquid. After the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed, and the liquid in it rotates with the blades, and under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and shoots outward, and the liquid that shoots out slows down gradually inside the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, and the pressure increases gradually, and then it flows out from the outlet of the pump, and then it flows out from the discharge pipe. At this time, in the center of the vane as a result of the liquid is thrown to the surrounding and the formation of neither air nor liquid vacuum low-pressure area, the liquid in the pool of liquid pool under the action of atmospheric pressure, through the suction pipe into the pump, the liquid is so continuously from the pool of liquid is pumped up and continuously from the discharge pipe out.
